A hardy, dense, multistem deciduous shrub with upright, spreading habit of growth. Produces upright panicles of showy white blooms from early to mid summer. Features dark green foliage throughout the season, turning to a yellow colour in fall. Attractive ferny leaflets, similar to mountain ash. This plant suckers profusely, spreading into masses. Use where this is desirable. Good for shady locations. Deer do not particularly care for this plant.
